Why Play Futsal This Winter?
Futsal is a fast-paced version of soccer played on a smaller indoor court. Its smaller playing area encourages players to think quickly, improve their ball control, and become more comfortable making decisions under pressure.
For young soccer players in Vancouver and the surrounding Clark County area, winter futsal is an excellent way to continue developing important skills between outdoor soccer seasons.
Some of the benefits of futsal include:
- More touches on the ball: Develop dribbling, passing, and close control.
- Quicker decision-making: Learn to react and find space in tighter areas.
- Improved technical skills: Build confidence handling the ball under pressure.
- Continued development: Stay involved in soccer throughout the winter months.
- Fun and competition: Enjoy playing with friends and other local soccer players.
Register Individually or With Friends
Want to play with your friends? FC Salmon Creek welcomes groups of five players who would like to be placed together on the same team.
Players can also register individually, and we’ll place them on a team.
Our goal is to create an enjoyable, competitive environment where young players can continue developing their love of soccer.
