Please do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, or financial documents in your explanation. The club can contact you if additional information is needed.

FCSC offers financial aid assistance to those players that demonstrate a need. Providing more information to FCSC allows us to make a better decision for the applicant and Club. Please provide us with as much detail as possible.
